The Food Chemicals Division is engaged in Food and Beverage Ingredients. Our main ingredients include Transglutaminase (TG), Maltol. Backed by research institute's technology in fermentation, the company has developed a new product: TG, a kind of enzyme, has the ability to cross-link proteins and thereby enhance the texture, binding characteristics, and yield of meat and poultry products, as well as improve the quality of other protein- containing foods. At present, TG is only produced by few companies in the world. Due to the latest technology, our products meet the highest quality requirements. The company is willing to contribute to the growth of the Asian food industry.
The Pharma Chemicals Division take full advantage of our local materials, manufacturing bioproducts and western raw material. Now we have developed a new product: Hydroxypropyl-beta-Cyclodextrin, It is not only could play an important role in drugs and related field,but also could play an important role in cosmetics,foods and spices etc based on the structures of cyclodextrin derivatives.
